The Signs of a Winter Gone Wild
This past winter, Mother Nature delivered about 15 severe storms packed with record setting high winds, rain and snowfall straight to the doorsteps of west coast residents. Along with it came a surplus of dirty slush resulting in a 10 day long boil water advisory caused by high levels of turbidity in local reservoirs.
