Despite what you may have heard, there are no benefits to fake tanning. There are two kinds of Ultraviolet (UV) rays that cause tanning—UVA and UVB. It is the UVB that produces Vitamin D and UVA produces problems. The type of UV radiation emitted by current tanning equipment is mostly UVA with only a small amount of UVB. Read More >>
